Having trouble with your Hayes Ceiling Fan?
1. Wobbly Fan: Make sure all screws are tightly placed at the right holes
2. Fan won't Start: Check main and branch circuit fuses or
circuit breakers.
3. Fan is Noisy: Loose fan blade screws. Re-tighten all screws on fan blades but never over-tighten.

Shipping

We have a 24 hour processing period upon ordering. Rest assured, that if we are able to process your order quicker, we shall do so. For Metro Manila, we use our own fleet of delivery trucks and riders to reach you. However, due to the volume of orders, we still undergo the 24 hour processing period.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
